The Kaplan Hearing Center started in a small office with only Dr. Kaplan and a receptionist, who often complained she was bored and had nothing to do. That was over 26 years ago. There have been many changes since then. Locations, staff and practice names have transitioned over the years. Technology tried keeping up with hearing loss with difficulty using analog hearing aids. Today’s digital technology has been able to surpass initial expectations.
