Established in 1989.
The Kaplan Hearing Center started in a small office with only Dr. Kaplan and a receptionist, who often complained she was bored and had nothing to do. That was over 26 years ago. There have been many changes since then. Locations, staff and practice names have transitioned over the years. Technology tried keeping up with hearing loss with difficulty using analog hearing aids. Today's digital technology has been able to surpass initial expectations.
"You're the only One"
The philosophy of Dr. Kaplan's has always remained the same. The office and audiologists share his philosophy to "treat each patient as if they are the only one." The compassion in understanding the challenges and needs of each patient is why patients have been with the practice throughout the years. It's all about the service and meeting the individual needs of every patient. "We listen, you hear." Our practice has grown through hard work and dedication to our patients. It is an honor to have earned the confidence and trust of our patients and appreciate the relationships built over time.
